- About Us
Who We Are
A presence-driven church family helping people encounter Jesus, grow in the Word, and carry His fire into everyday life.
Presence-Driven
We prioritize worship, the Word, and the Spirit.
Family on Mission
We grow together and go together—church isn’t a crowd, it’s a family.
Every Believer Activated
We equip you to hear God, pray with authority, and impact your world.
City & Nations
From our neighborhood to the nations—we carry the fire wherever God sends us.
- Our Story
From a Spark to a Movement
FireStarters began with a simple conviction: when people encounter God’s presence, everything changes. What started as a hunger for more of Jesus has become a family marked by worship, prayer, and bold obedience. Today, we’re building a culture where the Holy Spirit is welcomed, the Bible is our foundation, and people discover their purpose—then live it out beyond Sunday.
“This is a house of revival—where hearts are ignited and lives are rebuilt.”
- Mission
To ignite revival and disciple believers to walk boldly in their Kingdom assignment.
- Vision
A church family on fire for Jesus—healed, equipped, and sent to transform our city and beyond.
- Core Values

Meet our Pastors
Robert Patrick
Senior Leader
Robert carries an apostolic, five-fold mantle to “be a light in dark places,” igniting faith and freedom wherever he ministers. As founding pastor of FireStarters Church and co-director of Patrick Global Ministries, he preaches Jesus with prophetic clarity, equips believers to walk in their Kingdom assignment, and mentors emerging leaders through year-long intensives. A devoted husband to Shalyn and dad to RJ and Hylan, Robert’s heart is to see every generation burn with unquenchable passion for God and spread that fire to cities and nations.
Dr. Shalyn Patrick
Co-Leader
Dr. Shalyn is an innovative ministry-and-marketplace leader—a pastor, bestselling author, creative entrepreneur, and founder of a nonprofit serving those in recovery. Moving powerfully in prophetic healing and deliverance, she trains believers to hear God, build businesses, and steward Kingdom wealth. Alongside Robert she co-leads Patrick Global Ministries, hosts Bible studies, and homeschools their two children. Shalyn’s passion is to raise bold disciples who transform culture with the love and authority of Jesus.
- Our Faith
Beliefs That Ignite Our Mission
The bible is the divinely inspired Word of God. (2 Tim 3:16)
There is one God. He manifested himself in flesh as Jesus Christ, He revealed Himself as the Father, and as the Holy Ghost. (Dt 6:4; Jn 1:1-5,14; Jn 10:30; Jn 14:9,16; 2 Cor 5:19)
All have sinned and need salvation. (Rm 3:23) We are saved by grace through faith in the redemptive work of Jesus Christ. (Eph 2:8) Repentance and Baptism in water in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and the baptism of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance is essential and constitutes the new birth. (Acts 2:38, John 3:18, Acts 2:4, Acts 10:44-48 and Acts 19:1-7)
The Holy Spirit is a person, a comforter and teacher- (Jn 14:26)
The Holy Spirit gives us power to witness the gospel of Jesus Christ- (Lk 24:49)
The baptism/ infilling of the Holy Spirit is for all who desire it. (Lk 3:16)
Deliverance is biblical. Salvation is deliverance from the power of sin. (Eph 2:1-6)
The casting out of evil Spirits is the work of the kingdom of God. (Lk 11:14-23)
Divine healing is available to all believers and has been provided through Jesus Christ. (2 Pt 2:24)
Holy communion, the Lord’s supper, should be observed as well as foot wash as Jesus taught. (I Cor 11:24-26; Jn 13:1-9, 13:14)
Sanctification is the will of God for all believers through obedience to the Word of God . (Heb 10:9-10)
The Lord Jesus Christ will return and catch away those who are born again in the clouds of glory to forever reign with him (I Cor. 1:23-31, I Thes 4:13-18)
Jesus died and resurrected with all power over death, hell, and the grave for the remission of our sins to reconcile us back to God. (Rm 4:25)
There will be a resurrection of the dead for both the just and unjust. The just to the resurrection of life, the unjust to the resurrection of damnation. (Acts 24:15)
